The North Dakota RC&D Association continues to be a strong partner in the promotion of energy conservation and renewable energy across the state. Several RC&D Councils work with a variety of partners to assist in development, promotion, and implementation of projects that address energy conservation and alternative and renewable energy production opportunities for the areas we serve.
